Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We provide nationwide delivery. Delivery time usually ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website: 1. Select the product you want. 2. Add it to your cart. 3. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple secure payment options including: Credit/Debit Cards Easypaisa / JazzCash Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we have a 7-day return/exchange policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your product is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available in the future.
